Introduction
In phase 2, we have created a low fidelity prototype, which is paper-based model. We
have interviewed 10 persons to let them test and evaluate our paper-based model.
Users give their feedback about our paper-based model. We will improve our low
fidelity prototype to high fidelity prototype based on their feedback. After that, users
will evaluate our high fidelity prototype using mobile and answer the survey questions.
Lastly, we will suggest some future works.

Evaluation Steps
After that, users will evaluate our high fidelity prototype using mobile phone. We are
using the natural setting for the evaluation because it is involve users and real life
environment such as users test the hotel mobile application using their phone. Besides
that, we will distribute the survey questions to users and collect their results.. Below is

Finding
Conclusion
For the future works, we will enhance the interface of the hotel guest mobile
application; add on some features like multi language support and customer support.
