HISTORY1996 | We started our activity with a 12 employees team,

with the goal to manufacture molds and progressive press tools,

in response to the necessities of some of the group’s companies.

2002 | During the process of developing new clients, Prifer

became almost in exclusive, a manufacturer of molds for the

plastic, aluminium and zamak injecting industry, getting certified

by 9001:2000 this year.

2007 | We acquired a new plant and consequently increased

our installed productive capacity.

2009 | We built new facilities and conquered new partners.

2010 | We increased our productive capacity with the acquisition

of new equipment for all productive sectors. We redesigned our

processes, becoming certified by 9001:2008.

2014 | The acquisition of new equipment and the reinforcement

of the technical team allowed us to reach a new sales record.

We have technicians with extensive experience in the design

and development of molds and parts, which ensure the

operation and the quality of the produced products. We rely in

last generation tools and technologies along with equipment

adjusted to suit each application:

Analysis, Design and Development | We apply in

product development and mold design, all our experience,

reinforced by monitoring and by the extensive experience

of our customers;

Rheologic Studies | We conduct rheological studies, using

the best technology recognized for this purpose – Moldflow;

3D Project | All our projects are built in 3D format, in order

to simplify technical interventions at the various stages of the

project life.

WE COUNT WITH A TECHNICAL TEAM WITH WIDE EXPERIENCE IN ADJUSTMENT, ASSEMBLY, AND MOULD POLISH PRACTICES.

16 Bridge cranes (10 to 20T);

24 Pneumatic centrals;

3 Hydraulic centrals;

Adjusting Presses (up to 3000x2000x2000 mm);

Plane grinding machines;

Laser welding machine.

Dedicated equipment for each workstation:

Grinding.

Adjusting Press.

Allows us to ensure the excellence and reliability of the product.

We have modern injection molding machines, clamping force

between 40T and 1600T.

TRY-OUTS AND PRE-SERIE PRODUCTIONS

RIGOROUS TESTS GUARANTEE EXCELLENT QUALITY IN OUR WORK.

Our metrology department has latest generation equipment,

allowing us to guarantee the quality of the produced products:

a. Three-dimensional measuring machine - Mitutoyo;

b. Portable measuring arm - Faro_EDGE;

c. Profile projector;

d. Hardness meter.
