We have 1 base station that is used as a base station, 1 base station not connected to the phone line used only as a charger, & 2 handsets.

3. This will get you into the email box. Mark then delete the emails.

2The answering machine on the base station must be OFF! When the phone is not answered, it forwards to AT&T. AT&T creates a sound file. The sound file is sent to perfectjoy@um.att.com which forwards the file to perfectjoy@clarashouse.org.

For incoming faxes, the phone at 916.448.3984 (line 2) rings once then forwards to 916.266.9320, which is our MetroFax phone #.
Incoming Fax: Forwards
Metrofax creates a pdf of the fax and then sends it to fax@clarashouse.org which in turn forwards to perfectjoy email.
Read emails at perfectjoy

Wireless name, or SSID, is clarashouse. It has a password a WPA2 password using AES encryption.
All desktop computers plug into the router through Ethernet switches. Logins are required for each computer.

All files, like EKGs and labs, will be stored in encrypted form on the server. SQL server will house inventory and statistics databases. No patient data on local hard drives of PCs.
Each will have a personal login with a login and password. All PCs will check login at the server.
