Purchasing  March 3rd is the FINAL day to submit a SFUSD Budget

Transfer (if you want to complete a budget transfer please send an email to Joyce (CheungJ1@sfusd.edu) and cc your District Coordinator)

March 21st is the FINAL day to submit ANY Principal Expenditure Requests to purchase supplies over $1,500. Submit to your DC.

March 24th is the FINAL day to submit ANY Principal Expenditure Requests purchase supplies less than $1,500. Submit to your DC

FINAL INVOICES  May 19th is the FINAL day to submit budget revisions for

invoices. June 6th is the FINAL day to submit May invoices. July 9th is the FINAL day for FY 12-13 invoices. Please do

not submit multiple months of invoices in July.

Payroll for School Year AND Summer

March 14th is the FINAL day to submit any changes to payroll (Extended Calendar Request (ECR) and RPF/SRPAs) for school year 2013-2014

March 14th is the FINAL day to submit ECRs for SFUSD certificated and/or classified staff for the summer (June and July 2014).

Submit to Joyce ((CheungJ1@sfusd.edu) and cc your District Coordinator.

Potential Summer Dates/HoursSchools available: June 2nd-July 18th

Building Hours: 7:30am-4:30 pmProgram Hours: 8:00am-4:00pmAny hours after 4:30 are charged as overtime (OT)

custodial costs.Programs that run after July 18th will be charged full
