Add or delete tools or commands in this Toolbar

Also know how to disable “Mini Toolbar”

Click the down arrow at the right end of Quick Access Toolbar

Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu

From the drop down menu click “More Commands..”

Choose command to Add to Quick Access Toolbar

Three new commands “page setup”, “quick print” and “new” Added

You can click the check box “show quick access toobar bellow the ribbon” and Click OK

Now “Quick Access Toolbar” is under the ribbon with 3 new buttons

New buttons are inserted in the quick access toolbar

Now disable the Mini Toolbar

Click Office Icon and Word Options

Uncheck the “show mini toolbar on selection” and Click OK

No “mini toolbar” After selection appears
