Ultimate Acoustics creative and technical teams relish the opportunity to work in partnership
with our clients and together produce a first class event. As part of our effort to help you
through an often bewildering array of ‘techno speak’ and creative concepts, we believe that
seeing really is believing..
Using industry leading CAD software such as Autocad, Vivien & Wysiwyg, we use rendered pictures and fly-through animations to visualise your event before it hap-pens. If you’re spending thousands of pounds on crea-tive graphics, projection, video or lighting, it’s reassuring to see how it’s all going to look beforehand!
3D visuals enable you to have a more active input into the end production, being able to approve concepts or request different options or updates.
This gives you the confidence that before you’re on site,
you know exactly what you’re getting !
Once your designs are finalised our team of expert technicians will prepare and test all the
required equipment for your event ensuring seamless operation on the day.
We also benefit from our own in house manufacturing facilities and we can design and build
complete stage sets, exhibition stands etc from scratch. We work closely with carefully selected
suppliers to enable to us to also deliver items such as graphics and branding. By enabling us to
take care of this whole process this reduces the stress for the client and ensures the smooth
running of the build process.

AV Hire
Our professional equipment rental department are able to supply a wide range of
equipment from stock, from a single radio microphone to a full package of sound,
lighting, video, projection and stage set. All equipment is available on either a dry
hire basis or as a complete package with crew and transport. A full catalogue of
our hire equipment is available upon request. Below outlines the different types of
equipment we are able to supply.
Audio & Sound Systems
Never compromise on sound quality!
We supply everything from a single radio mic to a full auditorium system, including
Public Address Systems, CD players, Hard disc recorders and for those with hearing
difficulties, induction loop systems. We also provide Delegate Conference Systems
to help control meetings and make a high quality audio recording.

Drapes & Star cloth
Draping a venue can drastically change the look of a room and create stunning
effects. We hold large stocks of white drapes, coloured drapes, black wool surge
drapes and star cloth. All drape systems are freestanding either using pipe and
drape systems or being directly hung of truss systems where appropriate meaning
you do not have to worry about damage to the venues walls and ceiling, providing
you the client with a hassle free way of changing the look and feel of the venue.
We can also provide up lighting for the drapes.

We stock a large variety of screens available in different formats and sizes available
from 15” to 60”. We can provide a full range of accessories including mounting
brackets, flying brackets and freestanding mounting systems. We can also custom
build these screens into your stage set.

Innovative and imaginative stage sets are something we pride ourselves on but we realise that often you may just need a little something to compliment your existing staging solution.
We have a great range of custom lecterns from quite simple designs through to contemporary styles such as illuminated and Perspex versions. We specialise in custom top table designs complete with monitor screens, microphones and timer systems all designed to make your meeting run efficiently. We have great relationships with leading event theme companies, ensuring we can provide that special prop to make your event completely unique.

L.E.D Video Wall
LED videowalls are the perfect alternative to large-scale projection where space is limited or for use in areas of high ambient light. They can be used both indoors and out. Screens of virtually any size can be created using the 500x500mm panels as building blocks. These combined with our media servers create stunning effects.

Sometimes is just the simple things that make all the difference. We stock a range
of presentation aids including; Flip charts & easels, laser pointers, cue light
systems, countdown timers, slide advance remotes, projector & laptop stands and
accessories. All these items help to make giving your presentation easier and more
streamlined.
Projection
Projection is now a key element of many conferences and events and it is vital you
select the correct equipment for the job, thankfully our team of industry experts
are on hand to provide you with a turnkey solution to suit your needs.
We stock a range of projectors from small 2,500 lumen projectors to large scale
20,000 lumen projector available with a choice of lenses, we also hold large stocks
of both front and rear projection screens along with drape kits etc.
Other accessories include mounting brackets, cradles and poles.

Set & Stage
We have a large selection of staging available, this is mostly Litestructures Litedeck which we have in a variety of sizes and shapes. These building blocks allow us to create stages of virtually any shape and size. These can then be finished in coverings of your choice such as carpet.
We hold a selection of felt flats that are available from stock. For more complicated and unique sets our in house team can manufacture your perfect stage set from scratch.
