Final Report Cards
Final report cards will be distributed on the last day of
school. No report cards will
be given out prior to this day. REPORT CARDS WILL NOT BE
MAILED. If a student is absent on the last day of
school you can pick up the
report cards in the school of-fice no later than Friday, June
9th.
The last day students can bring backpacks to school is
Wednesday, May 31st. No backpacks will be allowed on buses or at school on Thursday June 1st.
Don’t Forget: Medication must be picked up by Thursday, June 1st. Medications left
after that date will be destroyed.
Borrowed Clothing should be returned to the clinic before the end of
school on May 31st.
Lost and Found is overflowing! Please be sure to check the blue tub in
the cafeteria. Everything left will be sent to needy shelters.
ATTENTION: Registration for 2017-2018
Warren Township PreK-5 Parents Tuesday, July 18 12:00-8:00 p.m.
ALL new and returning K-5 students are REQUIRED to register at the school they will be attending
for the 2017-2018 school year.
Students returning to Warren Schools MUST bring:
Current gas or electric bill to prove residency.
Textbook rental payment (cash, check, or charge)
Additional immunization records
If you have moved, 2 proofs of residency (lease/mortgage & gas or electric
bill)
At the time of registration, students will receive: classroom assignments, lunch
application forms and supply lists. Sign-up for the Before and After School
Child Care will also be available.
Students new to Warren Schools should bring:
2 proofs of residency which indicate the name and address of parent or guardian (lease or
mortgage & a current gas or electric bill)
Original birth certificate (with official seal)
Immunization records
Photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID) for parent/ guardian
Custody documents (if applicable)

Angelee Griffin was the winner of the bike from the Wellness Extravaganza!
Thanks to the Pleasant Run PTA for supplying the bicycle.
On Friday, May 26th, all students will be partici-
pating in the Annual Pleasant Run Field Day .
Each grade level will have an assigned time to en-
joy the games and activities! Students are re-
minded that they must wear their uniform
clothes on Field Day and to please wear tennis
shoes.
We look forward to having a great day!!

Reports de calificaciones
Bo- letas finales serán distribuidas el ultimo dia de
escuela. No se entregaran
antes. NO SE ENVIARÁN POR COR-
REO. Si un estudiante está ausente en ese dia, usted
puede venir a recogerla a la
escuela. Las boletas estaran disponibles para usted hasta
el dia 9 de junio.
El último día los estudiantes que pueden llevar mochilas a la
escuela es el miércoles, Mayo 31. No mochilas se permitirá en los autobuses o en la escuela el jueves 1 de junio.
NO OLVIDE Medicamento debe ser recogido NO MAS TARDE el jueves, primero de junio. Si no son recogidos Para ese fecha los medicamentos seran desechados. Ropa prestada debe devolverse a la clínica antes del ultimo dia de escuela el 31 de mayo.Tenemos muchas prendas que han sido extraviadas! Porfavor revise la caja azul en la cafeteria. Las prendas seran donadas para obras de caridad
despues del ultimo dia de escuela.

Si se ha mudado, 2 pruebas de residencia (contrato de renta , resivos de luz o gas) Al momento de la registracion usted resivira informacion sobre comida gratis y otros benefi-

Estudiantes nuevos al distrito escolar deberan presenta lo siguiente::

Angelee Griffin fue la ganadora de la bicicleta de la Extravaganza de bienestar!
Gracias a PTA por el suministro de la bicicleta.
Viernes, mayo 26 , todos los estudiantes partici-
parán en el día anual de diversion . Cada grado
tendrá un tiempo asignado para disfrutar de los
juegos y actividades! A los estudiantes se les
recuerda que deben usar su uniforme en este dia
de campo y por favor usen zapatos tenis.
