Instructions :1. To move between sheet click on the menu bar at the top.2.3.

On this sheet you can enter Code, Product, UOM, Opening Quantity, Unit Price and Sales Price.4. You need to add supplier data to database before enter purchase transaction from this supplier.

5. Please add customer data to database before enter sales transaction to this customer.

6. To enter purchase, sales, and adjustment transaction, Click Transaction from above menu bar.7.

8.If the physical quantity of goods is less than that recorded, you need to enter negative adjustment transaction.

Click Home from above menu bar and Enter Company Data.To add new products click Add Products from above menu bar.

Click Add Supplier from above menu bar to enter new supplier data to database.

Click Add Customer from above menu bar to enter new customer data to database.

Based on stock opname if the physical quantity of goods is greater than that recorded, we need to enter positive adjustment transaction.

To move between sheet click on the menu bar at the top.

On this sheet you can enter Code, Product, UOM, Opening Quantity, Unit Price and Sales Price.You need to add supplier data to database before enter purchase transaction from this supplier.

Please add customer data to database before enter sales transaction to this customer.

To enter purchase, sales, and adjustment transaction, Click Transaction from above menu bar.

If the physical quantity of goods is less than that recorded, you need to enter negative adjustment transaction.
