Thank you for becoming an Islanders season ticket holder in Brooklyn, and welcome to the Barclays Center family!

This year, you will be a part of history as the Islanders play their inaugural season in Brooklyn. This young, talented team is a thrill to watch and we are excited for the Islanders to call Barclays Center home.

In addition to the excitement on the ice at Barclays Center, we will continue to provide a best-in-class experience for our fans. As we did two seasons ago with the Brooklyn Nets, we are introducing a digital ticketing program to our Islanders season ticket holders to allow flexibility and convenience in managing your seats.

In this guide you will find information about our digital ticketing program. You are encouraged to share your feedback on the program with your VIP Services Account Manager so we may continue to enhance your experience as an Islanders season ticket holder. DIGITAL TICKETINGDigital ticketing is your access to Barclays Center in two forms: The Islanders Season Ticket Card and Mobile Delivery.

Digital ticketing will enable you to:

• Utilize your Islanders Season Ticket Card for entry to games at Barclays Center

• Manage your tickets online via My Islanders Account to print, transfer, donate or sell your tickets

Using your Islanders Season Ticket Card to enter Barclays Center is simple.

STEP 1

STEP 2

Present your Islanders Season Ticket Card to the Barclays Center Guest Services representative, who will swipe your card to validate your account. The representative will present you with a seat locator slip for each valid ticket stored on your card for that specific game. (Please note that any tickets you have previously transferred, sold or donated for that game will not print out at the time your card is swiped.)

Use the seat locator slip(s) to access your seats.

MY ISLANDERS ACCOUNTThe online ticket account management system allows you to effectively and easily manage your Islanders seats.

My Islanders Account can be accessed via islanders.nhl.com or on your mobile device. There you can enter your account ID or email address and password to log in. If you do not know your login information, please contact the VIP Services Department at 844.ISLES.BK or vipservices@newyorkislanders.com.

VIEW YOUR TICKETS ON A MOBILE DEVICESTEP 1 Log into your My Islanders Account using your mobile device.

STEP 2Choose the game you’d like to manage and select “View Your Tickets” in the “Select An Action” drop-down.

STEP 3Select the tickets you want to view and hit “View Your Tickets.”

STEP 4You are now ready to have the tickets on your mobile device scanned for entry into Barclays Center.

Please note that mobile delivery is supported by the following software and browser versions:

iOS users can add to Passbook to store their tickets locally on their phone to avoid having to log into the mobile site at the gate. To check whether your mobile device is compatible, go to the settings tab on your mobile device.

ACCEPTING TICKETS ON A MOBILE DEVICESTEP 1 Log into the email account associated with your My Islanders Account using your mobile device.

STEP 2Open the email you received from the Islanders and click on “Accept Offer.” You will be redirected to log into your My Islanders Account.

STEP 3Log in using your email address and PIN. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one. If you do not know your existing account information, please contact the VIP Services Department at 844.ISLES.BK or vipservices@newyorkislanders.com.

STEP 4 Choose “Add to Account” under the “Choose Delivery Method” drop-down and click “Accept.”

STEP 5Accept the terms of use and click “Transfer.”

STEP 6Click “View Event” and then click “Seat Locations” at the bottom of the screen.

STEP 7Choose “View Your Tickets” from the “Select An Action” drop-down.

STEP 8Select the seats that you would like to display on your mobile device and choose “View Your Tickets.”

STEP 9 Your square mobile barcode will appear and you are ready to enter Barclays Center.

TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS FROM A MOBILE DEVICESTEP 1

Log into your My Islanders Account using your mobile device.

STEP 2

Choose the game you’d like to manage and select “Transfer to a Friend” in the “Select an Action” drop-down.

STEP 3

Select the tickets you want to transfer and hit “Transfer to a Friend.”

STEP 4 Review the selected seats and hit “Continue.”

STEP 5

Select a recipient from your address book or enter a new recipient, confirm your email reminder and price options, and hit “Next Step.”

STEP 6

Confirm your transfer details and hit “Complete Transfer.”

PRINT YOUR TICKETS

STEP 1 Select “Manage My Tickets.”

STEP 2Utilize either the calendar view or the list view to see your upcoming events.

STEP 3 Choose the game you’d like to manage and click on “Print-at-Home” under “Select an Action.”

STEP 4 Click on the tickets you want to print and hit the “Print” button.

STEP 5 The quantity of tickets you’ve selected is shown on the print button queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats or continue the process of printing your tickets.

STEP 6 When ready to print, click the “Print” button.

STEP 7 Confirm the print details and click “Continue” to print.

STEP 8 A pop-up should appear at the bottom of your screen (please be sure to enable pop-ups). Select “Open” to display the ticket in PDF form, which you can print or save [Please note, PDF tickets cannot be scanned on your mobile device. For mobile entry options, see Page 14.] You will receive an email confirming that you have printed your tickets.

TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS

STEP 1 Select “Manage My Tickets.”

STEP 2Utilize either the calendar view or the list view to see your upcoming events.

STEP 3Choose the game you’d like to manage and click on “Transfer Tickets” under “Select an Action.”

STEP 4Click on the tickets you want to transfer and hit the “Transfer” button.

STEP 5The quantity of tickets you’ve selected is shown on the transfer button queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats or continue the process of transferring your tickets.

STEP 6When ready to confirm the transfer details, click “Continue” to transfer.

STEP 7Enter your recipient’s information and hit “Add.” Your recipient is now stored in your contacts and you can select them to transfer tickets.

STEP 8Confirm your email reminder and price options and click “Next Step.”

STEP 9Confirm your transfer details and click “Complete Transfer.” You will receive an email confirming that you have transferred your tickets and your recipient will receive an email invitation.

ACCEPTING TRANSFERRED TICKETSSTEP 1Log into the email account associated with your My Islanders Account.

STEP 2 Open the email you received from the Islanders and click on “Accept Offer.” You will be redirected to log into your My Islanders Account.

Print Option Allows you to print immediately to a PDF or save for later.

Digital Option Allows you to accept tickets on an Islanders Season Ticket Card. To access a mobile ticket, see “Accepting Transferred Tickets on a Mobile Device” on Page 15.

Add to Account Option Allows you to accept the tickets to your My Islanders Account to print at a later date or view from your mobile device.

STEP 5 Accept the terms of use and click “Complete Transfer.” (Please note that PDFs displayed on cell phones cannot be scanned for entry.)

You will receive an email confirming that you have accepted the ticket offer and printed the tickets.

ACCEPTING TRANSFERRED TICKETS ON YOUR SEASON TICKET CARDSTEP 1 Log into the email account associated with your My Islanders Account.

STEP 3 Choose “Digital” under the “Choose Delivery Method” drop-down.

STEP 4 Select your Islanders Season Ticket Card Account, which will already be populated. (If you do not see your Islanders Season Ticket Card listed, please have the primary account holder contact the VIP Services Department at 844.ISLES.BK or vipservices@newyorkislanders.com.)

NHL Ticket Exchange™ is Ticketmaster’s online service that facilitates fan-to-fan transactions and is the only protected and authorized re-sale site.

SELL YOUR TICKETSSTEP 1 Select “Manage My Tickets.”

STEP 2 Utilize either the calendar view or the list view to see your upcoming events.

STEP 3 Choose the game you would like to manage and click on “Sell Tickets on NHL Ticket Exchange™” under “Select an Action.”

STEP 4Click on the tickets you want to sell and hit either “Post” or “Manage More Tickets.”

STEP 5The quantity of tickets you’ve selected is shown on the post button queue in the upper right. When ready to sell, click “Continue” in your queue, and click “Continue to Post for Sale.”

STEP 6Log in or register as a member to continue.

STEP 7Enter the desired selling price.

STEP 8 Choose when you would like your listing to deactivate.

STEP 9Choose how you would like to get paid.

STEP 10Submit listing.

DONATE YOUR TICKETSSTEP 1 Select “Manage My Tickets.”

STEP 2Utilize either the calendar view or the list view to see your upcoming events.

STEP 3Choose the game you would like to manage and click on “Donate to Charity” under “Select An Action.”

STEP 4Click on the tickets you want to donate and hit “Donate.”

STEP 5The quantity of tickets you’ve selected is shown on the donate button queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats or continue the process of donating your tickets.

STEP 6When ready to donate, click “Continue” in your queue, and click “Continue to Donate.”

STEP 7Confirm the donation details and click “Donate Now.” You will receive an email confirming that you have donated your tickets. Tickets must be donated at least five days prior to the selected game.

GUESTS ARRIVING SEPARATELYOPTION 1 Your guests will require their own tickets to enter Barclays Center. Prior to coming to the game, you can transfer their seat(s) to them using your My Islanders Account. This way your guests will be able to enter whenever they arrive by either printing out their seat(s) or displaying them on their mobile device. Physical tickets cannot be left at Will Call.

OPTION 2 You can print tickets from your My Islanders Account and deliver them directly to your guests.

FORGOT YOUR ISLANDERS SEASON TICKET CARDOPTION 1 Access your My Islanders Account from a computer and print your tickets for each game.

OPTION 2 Access your My Islanders Account from your mobile device to

display your tickets for that night’s game. The square barcode generated can be scanned at the gate just like your Islanders Season Ticket Card. (Please note that the entry scanners will not be able to scan a PDF displayed on your phone.)

OPTION 3 Go to the American Express Box Office located in the GEICO Atrium of Barclays Center and speak to a ticket representative. You will need to provide a driver’s license or other form of photo ID and verify security information.

REPLACING YOUR ISLANDERS SEASON TICKET CARDIn the event your Islanders Season Ticket Card is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact your VIP Services Account Manager immediately. Your card will be deactivated and will no longer grant access to Barclays Center.

A replacement card will be issued. A $25 fee will be applied for each replacement card.

SHARE PARTNER CARDSYou may request additional complimentary Islanders Season Ticket Cards only for those share partners who are listed on your account. Once the additional Islanders Season Ticket Card is associated with your account, you will be able to transfer your tickets to your share partner through your My Islanders Account at no cost. Once your share partner accepts the tickets, he or she will be able to place them on his or her Islanders Season Ticket Card, print them, or forward to their mobile device. Additional cards will be issued to adults only. Please contact your VIP Services Account Manager to request an additional card for your share partner.

Please note, when transferring seats to a share partner card, you must use their email address listed on your account.

ISLANDERS SEASON TICKET CARD FAQS1. How do I access My Islanders Account on a mobile device?

You can access your My Islanders Account on your mobile device via the mobile web at islanders.nhl.com.

2. How do I use it?Present your Islanders Season Ticket Card to the Barclays Center Guest Services representative, who will swipe your card to validate your account. The representative will present you with a seat locator slip for each valid ticket stored on your card for that specific game, which you will use to access your seats. Please note that any tickets you have previously transferred, sold or donated for that game will not print out at the time your card is swiped.

3. What if I want to give tickets to friends/family ahead of time?Your guests will require their own tickets to enter Barclays Center. Prior to the game you can transfer their seats to them by logging into your My Islanders Account. The recipients will be able to print the electronic tickets at home or have their tickets scanned on their mobile device when entering Barclays Center.

4. Is there a cost to reprint a ticket?No, there is no cost. The recommended way to print or transfer your game tickets is through your My Islanders Account.

5. What happens if I lose my card?If your Islanders Season Ticket Card is lost or stolen, please contact your VIP Services Account Manager immediately. Your card will be deactivated and will no longer grant access to Barclays Center. A replacement card will be issued. A $25 fee will be applied for each replacement card.

6. If I have a share partner, how does it work with only one card?You will be provided one card that is valid for all seat locations on your account. Use your My Islanders Account to transfer tickets to your share partner. You may also request an additional Islanders Season Ticket Card for those share partners listed on your account and then transfer games to their card. Please note share partners must select “Digital” when accepting tickets in order for it to appear on their Season Ticket Card.

7. What if I want to sell my tickets?You can list your tickets for sale through NHL Ticket Exchange™, the official ticket exchange of the NHL. You can access NHL Ticket Exchange™ via your My Islanders Account. You will have the option to deposit the funds directly into a checking account or apply credit to My Islanders Account.
