What is a reverse raffle?
Each ticket sold is assigned a number (1-250). You may pick your favorite/lucky number. All the numbers are displayed on the Big Board at the beginning of the game. Throughout the evening of our Gala, numbers are drawn at random to be eliminated. The last number on the board is the winner.
What is the prize? $3,000 OR tuition voucher at St. Pius X Catholic School
How much are the tickets? The tickets are $50 each.
Do I have to be present to win? No--But it's a lot more fun if you are!
How many tickets will be sold? We will sell up to 250 tickets.
What happens if my number is the first number drawn?
The first number drawn can win $25, or buy their number again for $50
The 50th number drawn will win $50 The 100th number drawn will win $50 The 150th number drawn will win $50 The 200th number drawn will win $50 The 249th number drawn will win $300 The 250th number drawn will win $3000 OR tuition voucher
What if my number is the 2nd—239th number drawn? You can buy your number back in for $75
What if my number makes it to the final 10 numbers left on the board? If your number is drawn as one of the last 10 numbers (240th –249th place) you can buy your number back in for $100.
Where do I buy my ticket? Tickets are available in the School Office. The Big Board is set up in the office so that you can choose your lucky number. They will also have the Big Board on Friday afternoons and at the weekend Masses.
