Scheduling the ShowingØ Coordination is the key.Ø All sales associates from our firm or a
cooperating broker will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Ø You will be notified of the timing, and, if it’s acceptable, the appointment will be confirmed.
Ø If you can’t be reached, the showing will proceed.
TimingØ Ordinarily, you’ll get plenty of notice about
an appointment request.Ø For buyers that want to view ASAP or a
change in schedule, you’ll be given as much notice as possible.
Special InstructionsØ Information on pets, parking, security,
etc. will be listed in your property file.Ø Sales associates wanting to show the
listing will receive a copy of the instructions.
The ShowingØ If you’re not on hand during a showing,
the sales associate will use the property’s lock box to enter. If you’re available, sales associates will introduce themselves and give you a business card.
