As part of activities of Rashid Al Zayani Charitable Foundation, twelve homes in Budaiya have been included as the first phase of renovation of old houses project.

A contract to initially renovate six homes has been signed and after the renovation of the 12 homes in Budaiya, the second phase will commence with renovation of other houses in another village. The six houses have been renovated as it is seen in the photograph below.

Bahrain has lived through difficult days filled with fear, uneasiness and anticipation, and there were unforeseen concerns while marking the anniversary of the National Action Charter. The signs of happiness had disappeared and many people were affected by what happened. The emotional, financial and economic losses were there for all to see during a period that could have taken Bahrain to a critical stage and sectarian tension. It was a difficult phase for all, but the wisdom of His Majesty the King, His Royal Highness the Prime Minister and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince enabled them to restore normalcy with the declaration of the State of National Safety, since security and stability are top priorities for the Kingdom, in addition to the security forces and the dedication of all for the situation to go back to normal as it was before February 14. Now, everyone has to dedicate himself to national cohesion, unity and love which were disturbed in the hearts of many during the difficult period we passed through. All have to revive the sentiments prevalent in the past with a clear conscience.We are looking for security and stability to return to all and the economic activity to become normal in the country, where you, our dear employees, would work like in the past for further achievements and activities and to be able to bring life back to what it used to be.Thanks to our Bahraini and foreign employees who did not stop reporting for work during the difficult phase and showed their loyalty and dedication.

As part of their year-end celebrations, Zayani Motors the exclusive dealers of Mitsubishi in the Kingdom hosted an EVO track Day on Saturday 27th November, 2010 at the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC)

The event attracted many Mitsubishi Lancer Evo owners and enthusiasts who spent a day on the tracks of the BIC. During the day, participants were briefed on the various procedures as well as the driving and safety techniques to be followed on the tracks.

Al Zayani Investments Group has received in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Commerce and Industrial students who are enrolled in Formative Training Program

(Takween), to train and introduce the student to various work fields they are expected to join in the future. The students were distributed among different sections in the company according to their specializations. Group Training Officer, Mr. Mohammed Aqeel, commented: “The Company’s management is dedicated to receive trainees from schools and universities studying

Over 150 Jinbei customers participated and benefitted from the 3-day free service clinic campaign that was conducted at Orient Motors from 23rd to the 25th of January, 2011.

Headed by Mr. Ronald Pan, Senior Manager and his team of specialists from Brilliance Auto, the clinic campaign offered free check-ups, diagnosis, maintenance service and advice for a range of Jinbei busses.

Nuha Sulaiman is a very enthusiastic and ambitious woman who got to hear about a life changing program that was funded by the United States Embassy in Bahrain.The program entitled “the Study of the United States Institute for Student leaders on Women’s Leadership” also known as “SUSI” was mainly concerned with honing and developing women’s leadership. One day, after getting all the support she needed from her family, friends, co-workers, and from Al Zayani Investments Group, she decided that she should apply for this fruitful program. She will be sharing in brief her enriching experience. Nuha started by saying …5 participants and I were fortunate enough and were selected for this program. The program was held in the Midwest area of the United States of America in Minneapolis, Minnesota where we were welcomed by a very cold weather.

Prior to starting the program…

Like any other person, I was excited yet worried that I wouldn’t fit in that part of the world, but I didn’t allow my fear to takeover. I started to immerse myself in the strong passion that I had within so as to learn the finest of this experience, and that was certainly the best decision to take. Upon landing, I was delighted by the generosity of the American citizens, and that was a good start …

And that’s how it goes . . . “Leadership skills”

Having to attend all the proactive classes and having to meet all the remarkable women who played a very crucial role in raising women’s voice there was more than enough to leave me with a wonderful experience to take back home. The first and foremost thing that I’ve learnt was the importance of viewing people as people and not inferior objects, because bruises heal more quickly than emotional scars. One common thing that brings us all down is “Failure”, but here I learnt that failure depends mostly on how you define it and that is what mainly brings us down. We tend to limit ourselves by pinpointing where our downturn starts. To overcome that, I learnt that if I’m not able to accomplish what I want, then it’s just an indication that I need to work harder in order for me to get there.

Moreover, I was able to understand the importance of having a supportive system, be it people or quotes or any other way that would get you motivated. As a result, I was able to identify who my support systems were, and that in its own right encouraged me even more to move towards my goal.

Last but not least, for the first time I learnt that the state of my heart can change the way I perceive things either by putting them through or by accepting them, and from my leadership perspective I learnt that having my heart at peace is the most important factor that will determine my ability to effectively overcome the challenges that are approaching me as a leader. Now that the program is over I came to value every little thing that I learnt from this program. I believe that every experience is an education, and as a result I was able to implement all the lessons that I’ve learnt throughout my experience in my daily life. This experience pushed me forward to achieve my long term goals and help me lead my own life without having the need to worry about the challenges that come along with it. Hence, work twice as hard to reach my goals. Moreover, I was inspired by every person who contributed to this program, especially the directors, mentors and supervisors.“I should be a leader rather than a follower; and a speaker rather than a listener, and that is what it takes to become a leader“ she said optimistically… Special thanks to Al Zayani Investments Group for allowing me to participate in this successful program and hopefully it will help me bring good back to them.

لها و طموحة، سنحت امرأة متحمسة نهى سليمان، قبل من ممول تطويري برنامج عن بالسماع الفرصة

لذا قررت نهى ذات يوم بعد احلصول على الدعم املطلوب الزياني مبجموعة زمالءها و أصدقائها و عائلتها من شاركتنا املثمر. البرنامج لهذا تسجل بأن لالستثمار

نهى بإيجاز عن جتربتها الغنية.

و بدأت بالقول...

بأن محظوظات كنا إلي باإلضافة مشاركات خمسة يتم اختيارنا لهذا البرنامج الذي عقد في منطقة الغرب مينيابوليس، في األمريكية املتحدة للواليات األوسط

مينيسوتا، وقد رحب بنا الطقس ببرده القارص.

ما قبل البدء بالبرنامج...

بنفس قلقة و متحمسة كنت لقد آخر شخص كأي العالم، من اجلزء هذا في االندماج على مبقدرتي الوقت أزج بدأت و علي. بالسيطرة خلوفي اسمح لم ولكن لتعلم بداخلي الكامنة القوية بالعاطفة نفسي األفضل من هذه التجربة، وهذا كان أحسن قرار اتخذته. وعند وصولي تعرفت على كرم املواطنني األمريكيني و قد

كانت بداية جيدة لتجربتي...

هكذا تسير األمور. . . ”املهارات القيادية“

مقابلة و التفاعلية الدروس في مشاركتي كانت لقد املرأة صوت بإبراز مهم دور لعنب الالتي عظيمات نساء أرض إلى احملها معي رائعة ملنحي جتربة كافية هناك الوطن. وأهم شي تعلمته هو أهمية النظر للناس كأناس اجلسدية الندوب لكون مستوى، اقل كأشياء ليس و

تندمل بصورة أسرع من الندوب العاطفية.

هناك أمر مشترك يقودنا جميعا إلى “الفشل”، و لكن من خالل رحلتي تعلمت بأن الفشل يعتمد بشكل كبير على كيفية تعريفة و هذا قد يكون السبب الرئيسي حلدوث حتديد خالل من أنفسنا بحصر بالعادة نلجأ الفشل. أين يبدأ التراجع لدينا. وقد تعلمت أن أتخطى ذلك بأني أريده، فهذه إشارة باحلاجة عندما ال استطيع حتقيق ما

للعمل بجد أكبر للوصول لهدفي.

باإلضافة إلى قدرتي على فهم أهمية وجود نظام داعم، سواء كان أشخاص أو اقتباسات أو بأي طريقة أخرى من شأنها أن تعمل كمصدر تشجيع. و لهذا، استطعت أن

أتعرف على نظام دعمي الذي شجعني أكثر للتحرك باجتاه هدفي.

أخيرا وليس آخرا، ألول مرة تعلمت أن حالة قلبي ميكن أن تغير الطريقة التي أنظر بها لألشياء إما عن طريق متريرها أو تقبلها، و من خالل نظرتي القيادية تعلمت بأن السالم الداخلي في قلبي هو

العامل األكثر أهمية الذي سيحدد قدرتي على تخطي الصعوبات كقائدة.

ما هي اخلطوة التالية؟

فأنا الصغيرة منها، تعلمتها حتى التي األشياء أقدر جميع بأن البرنامج انتهاء بعد وتعلمت أومن بأن كل جتربة تعتبر فرصة تعليمية، لذا استطعت تطبيق كل الدروس التي تعلمتها من و املستقبلية أهدافي لتحقيق التجربة دفعتني لقد اليومية. في حياتي التجربة هذه خالل قيادة حياتي بدون احلاجة للقلق من التحديات املصاحبة لها. لذا عملت بجهد مضاعف لتحقيق أهدافي، كذلك كنت معجبة بكل من ساهم بهذا البرنامج، باألخص املدراء و املراقبني و املشرفني.

“يجب أن أكون قائدة وليس تابعة؛ و متحدثة وليس مستمعة، و هذا ما يحتاج إليه ليصبح املرء قائدا...

الناجح، البرنامج الفرصة للمشاركة بهذا الزياني لالستثمار إلعطائي اجلزيل جملموعة الشكر وأمتنى أن يساعدني لتقدمي األفضل للمجموعة.

البديع بيت في منطقة 12 ترميم اجناز وبعد أولي، بيوت بشكل توقيع عقد تصليح ستة وقد مت ستبدأ املرحلة الثانية وسيتم تصليح البيوت اآليلة للسقوط في قرية أخرى وقد مت إنهاء تصليح

البيوت الستة األولى كما هو مبني في الصور أدناه .

يف منطقة البديع

أعزائي قراء ومنتسبي االنطالقةصعبة أياما املاضية الفترة خالل البحرين عاشت مليئة باخلوف واحلذر والترقب .. حيث شهدت اململكة وهي حتتفل بذكرى ميثاقها الوطني دوامة من القلق لم تكن متوقعة من احد، ال من قريب وال من بعيد، الكثيرون من جراء وتأثر الفرح اختفت مالمح فقد ما حدث، وبدت اخلسارة املعنوية واملادية واالقتصادية تصل ان كادت التي الفترة خالل للجميع واضحة

البحرين فيها ملرحلة حرجة وانزالق طائفي ..

جاللة حكمة ولوال للجميع، عصيبة فترة كانت ملا العهد ولي وسمو الوزراء رئيس وسمو امللك فرض بعد طبيعتها الى األمور إعادة استطاعوا من واألمان األمن ان حيث الوطنية السالمة حالة األولويات، إضافة الى تكاتف اجلميع وإصرارهم على

إعادة األمور الى ما كانت عليه قبل 14 فبراير .

واالن ... يتعني على اجلميع العمل من اجل التمسك الذي واحلب للتقارب والعودة الوطنية باللحمة تزعزع في قلوب الكثيرين خالل الفترة احلرجة التي مررنا بها .. على اجلميع العودة الى ما كنا عليه من

نفوس صافية ...

كلنا أمل ان يعود األمن واألمان واالستقرار للجميع حيث البالد في االقتصادية احلركة تعود وان ..االجنازات باملزيد من األعزاء انكم عودمتونا موظفينا احلياة عودة من نتمكن حتى والعطاء والفعاليات

الى ما كانت عليه .
