High-voltage IGBT at the heart of the solution

The 3-level inverter topology using high-voltage IGBTs in conjunction with an advanced control strategy can be used to obtain:

• Increased reliability due to a reduction in the number of components • Minimized losses since the IGBT does not need a snubber and
