Auction lots are divided into the following categories: A = Art B = Beverages F/G = Food & Gifts J = Jewelry T = Tickets - Sports & Theater Silent Auction Bidding - The silent auction will take place at NIRI NY’s Holiday Party on Tuesday, December 12 th – starting at 6:00pm. Those in attendance can view and bid on each item using bid sheets at the event. Bidding will start at each item’s minimum, and when the auction closes, the highest bidder on each item will be the winner. Proxy Bidding - If you are unable to attend the event but would like to place a bid on one or more items, please use the following catalog pages to write your minimum bid and maximum bid. A member of our team will bid on your selected auction items for you, up to your maximum bid – so just like being there in person, it is possible you could win an item without reaching your maximum bid. Fill out the proxy bidding information form at the end of this catalog and send it with the catalog pages containing your bids to David Collins at [email protected]or call him at 212 924 9800 by 5:00 pm on December 11th!!! Successful bids can be paid for in cash, check or by credit card. 50/50 Raffle - We are also selling tickets to a 50/50 raffle wherein one buyer of our $20 raffle tickets will win 50% of net ticket proceeds (minimum $500 payout guaranteed). Where else can you get a 25x ROI and support a great cause? Info on buying raffle tickets – including volume discounts - follows the auction items. I Think Therefore IR t-shirts - We will also be selling limited edition T-Shirts with the slogan “I Think Therefore IR” on one side and the NIRI NY Logo on the other side for $25 each, with all profits (roughly $15 per shirt) going to ACE. Donations are also encouraged and are a very efficient way to support ACE – contact David Collins or Sandra Sanches for details. Our Goal is to raise $12,000 - so please help us get there.
