To his parents, Nikolas and Kelly Lynn, as well as to his Godparents, sponsors and grandparents, especially Teresa and Angel Ortiz and Andrea Kunak, of our parish, we extend our joyful congratulations! May God grant to the newest Child of God, peace, health and happiness for many blessed years! Mnohaja L’ita! Saint Nicholas Award RecipientsThis year, two deserving individuals from our parish were prayerfully and gratefully recognized for their years of service and ongoing acts of kindness and sacrifice in the spirit of St. Nicholas. They are: DONALD ANDERSON—For many years, and to this day, Don has filled the church his prayers while sitting in “his pew” in the first row on Saturday evenings. Don is also the proprietor of ADA Landscaping and has provided landscaping services and safe passage through the snow and ice during winter for decades. Like Saint Nicholas, many of his good deeds are “behind the scenes”, and a grateful parish family acknowledges his dedication and spirit! JAMES STASICKY—This kind soul is a faithful parishioner who, when not washing his ever-shiny pick- up truck, can be found praying in the pews or working the griddle in the parish kitchen! In his spare time, he presides at Veterans flag raising ceremonies and helps whenever or wherever he can. His kind- ness brings the spirit of St. Nicholas to life! Although we will be losing Jim in a few short weeks as he relocates to Florida, we wish him well and want him to know that he will always be a part of St. Thom- as parish! MAY GOD GRANT TO JIM AND DON MANY BLESSED YEARS! T hanks for wonderful St. Nicholas Celebraon! God bless the members of our Athlec As- sociaon for organizing and preparing a fine event and a delicious meal! Many thanks, too, to the students of our ECF and BCY programs for presenng an Interview with St. Nicholas, as well as the tradional Bethlehem Carolers Program. Many thanks to our Cantors and all helpers who assisted with set up and clean up, and to each of YOU for your parcipaon!
