skilled person from one country to another country.

People brings technology, skills and new ideas.

Receiving of million of dollars in the shapes of remittance sent back to Pakistan every year

Improved quality of education by insuring international standards.

Money sent are in education,

housing, health and reduce the

severity to some extent.

Negative effects

Loss of high quality manpower.

Huge loss of foreign exchange due to hiring of foreign experts.

Poor administration

Lack of motivation

Conclusion :Knowledge gives us awareness about every walk of

life

Brain drain is not suitable for Pakistan

because for the development of country

intellectuals and experts act as back bone

of any industry.
