    Cardel Lifestyles launches new townhomes

    at Cranston RidgeWITH THE LAUNCH OF NEW

    townhomes combined with its

    popular choices of apartment-

    style condos, buyers seeking a

    maintenance-free lifestyle can

    now find it all at Cranston Ridge in

    southeast Calgary.

    Crafted by Cardel Lifestyles,

    Cranston Ridge now showcases a

    wide range of choices for buyers

    with its newly released three-storey

    townhomes to add to their existing

    apartment condos that offer both

    immediate and quick possession.

    Were very excited to offer this

    new large townhome plan; its unique

    to the Calgary market, says sales and

    marketing manager Brad Logel. The

    main floor of the kitchen, dining and

    living room has been designed so that

    you can have a separated dining area.

    Its a wide plan with 1,550 developed

    square feet with three bedrooms and

    two and a half baths. All of which you

    dont often see in a townhome.

    Were always looking to create the

    perfect home and our designers drew

    on our single-family experience and

    created a smart townhome design

    with lots of space, Logel explains.

    We built this plan in Ottawa and

    when we opened the showsuite, we

    sold out in a day; the plan also won

    a Sam Award. So, we know were

    dealing with a winner.

    It has everything you want in

    a townhome, he adds, such as a

    double-car garage, front porch, rear

    covered deck, nine-ft. ceilings on

    the first and second levels, master

    bedroom with walk-in closet and

    ensuite and upstairs laundry.

    There is flex space on the first level

    that can be used as a den or a fourth

    bedroom with additional storage

    under the stairs. The kitchen includes

    a pantry, island, plenty of cabinet

    space, a window over the sink and

    the home comes with a full appliance

    package including washer and dryer.

    For a limited time, buyers will also

    Residents have already started moving
