Dear Madam / Sir, I would like to recommend Mrs.Caroline Collins to a new employer. I met Caroline in November 2007 when she was a teacher for children from 3 to 4 years old in TETTY kindergarten. I was hired there first as her teaching assistant and later as the Head teacher. We worked together for almost three years. She started there with the smallest children, but she eventually taught older children up to 5 years old. Caroline was very creative and hard-working in her classroom. She was also patient but consistent with her children. She was a creative curriculum developer. She always wanted to give the best to the children. She often found new songs or worksheets according to our themes. Caroline was always nice to the children, colleagues and parents. All of the parents were pleased with her. As a colleague she was friendly and it was my pleasure to cooperate with her. She was friends with other colleagues as well. As her Head teacher I can write she was very helpful and nice to me. Every time I needed her help she tried to manage somehow to help me. She was always conscientious in her planning and preparation.
