Tsubaki Recommendation:

• Use the Chain Wear Indicator according to your regular maintenance schedule of the machine or

production line.

• Always measure on several points - do not be satisfied with one measurement, since the chain might

wear unevenly.

• Regularly checking the chain for wear allows for better management of maintenance scheduling and

eliminates the risk of chain breakage.

• Replacing chains before reaching 1.5% elongation will prevent significant sprocket wear, thus

averting costly downtime.
