BOB says… "Thank You!"
"Thank You!” to everyone who volunteered and
supported this wonderful Christ the King Parish event.
Our primary goal for BOB is a community building event—but we also raise money for the Parish. The final count is not completed yet—but we should exceed our fundraising goal for this year! We especially want to thank Ed Jose for his patience and hard work on many details to help bring this event together this year.
Lovely weather. Great music. Wonderful food. New
memories.
Thank You to the many, many volunteers that made this festival possible. -BOB-

ST. MARTIN MEN’S SHELTER
O Come Let Us Adore Him! 1st Friday Adoration - October 6th “In a world where there is so much noise, so much bewilderment, there is a need for silent adoration of Jesus concealed in the Host. Be
assiduous in the prayer of adoration and teach it to the faithful. It is a source of comfort and light, particularly to
those who are suffering.” - Pope Benedict XVI
On Friday, October 6th we will have adoration of the Blessed Sacrament from 9AM - 9PM. Ideally, two people will sign up for each hour but all are invited at any time. This is a great opportunity to spend some quiet time with the Lord in the midst of our busy lives. Please write your name on the sign-up sheet in the narthex!
