Why Rebrand?

We believe that Matt Martin Real Estate Management is positioned to substantially strengthen its market position, and that a well-defined, distinctive brand is imperative to this growth. In addition to those who are not familiar with us, we also have an opportunity to sharpen and refine our brand within our various networks.  

Our current company name does not portray a large organization, but that of a more boutique firm. Additionally, our name pigeon holes us as a property management firm (which we are not) and does not allude to a firm which touches all aspects of the mortgage and real estate services industry.

Chronos is the Greek God of time.  Our initial launch campaign and the brand statement we will seek to put forward, is that Chronos Solutions is a national services provider with the resources and tools of the largest of providers, but the service levels, flexibility and attention to detail found in the best of the boutique firms.  Our first push will be under the campaign “It’s time.”  Time for the next generation of real estate service providers.  Time for the old guard to give way.  Time for Chronos to take its place among the best in the mortgage and real estate industries.

With our extensive partner networks; vast repositories of data and imbedded technology that allows us to adapt at a moment’s notice, we’re an unusually nimble national provider.

Spreading The Word

Chronos Solutions will officially launch at the MBA Annual conference in San Diego, CA October 18-21

The new website will launch on October 19th- will contain a content management system in order to allow for continual updates and enhancements

Chronos Solutions will engage in a three month ad campaign announcing the transition (see upcoming slides)

Chronos Solutions CEO and our President/COO will be interviewed during MBA by several industry publications to discuss the transition from MMREM

Vendors and Clients will be advised of the transition after the official launch
