INTRODUCTION

We wish to introduce ourselves as building contractor and consultant in the field of Building

Construction specializing in high rise Buildings. TEJ Group is a competent & imminent force

in the Civil Engineering profession, with a magnificent background coupled with Technical

&Scientific knowledge and Management skills on & of the field.

TEJ Group comprises of a team, manned by highly competent professionals in its

organizational structure that incorporates Chief Engineers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers,

Site Supervisors & Business Development Managers. We also enjoy the support of reputed

Architects & R.C.C. Consultants having extensive experience in their respective field and are

also fully responsive to the new challenges in the field of Building Construction.

TEJ Group has three divisions as per following which works independently within the group:-

1. Construction 2. PMC 3. Interiors

The strength of the company lies in its prompt, professional and customer oriented services

with honesty & dedication.

Our aim is to ensure that our projects are planned, controlled and executed in such a manner so

as to resolve recurring constructional problems & the bottom line is to safeguard our clients

interest by ensuring that our project are completed within the stipulated time and limited budget.

exclusive on site training facilities & goodwill.

In the past 25 years Mr. Madhurendu Kumar has been responsible for the successful

completion of multistoried buildings along with shopping complex and other amenities like

swimming pool, club house etc. in Mumbai as Engineer-in-Charge.

Mr. Kumar has worked with ‘Likproof India Pvt. Ltd.’ (A well-known company in India in field of

waterproofing & repair and rehabilitation of buildings) for more than three years at different

sites in Mumbai.

The rehabilitation and renovation of the prestigious American Counsellate building (American

Centre, USIS) at Churchgate was successfully executed under the leadership of Mr.

Madhurendu Kumar. Advanced techniques for rehabilitation, many of them being used for the

first time in India, were adopted to meet the requirements as per American Standards and in

the interest of quality and schedule (1997 - 2001).

In recent past Mr. Kumar was managing the day-to-day activities of administration, repairs

and maintenance of the prestigious NRI Complex in Nerul comprising of 1536 flats, Club

house, Swimming Pool etc. as Estate Manager appointed by CIDCO (2001 - 2004).

Currently undertaking independent projects as Building Contractor for high rise projects,

Project Management Consultant & Interior Works for Commercial / Residential premises

(2004 onwards).

Over 25 years experience in the field of Project Planning, Monitoring, and Control with a

multinational engineering Consultancy Firm.

Now Mrs. Gupta is looking after office administration, as well as Quality Control of Projects

during surprise visits. She is also monitoring site progress based on bar charts etc.
