Maggi Real Estate is a modern management company dealing with real estate brokerage, consultancy and active and strategical management of all types of real estate, alongside investors in identifying and promoting their projects.

Maggi Group Real Estate is the result of over thirty years' experience of its founder: Mr. Cesare Maggi. SPECIALIZED DIVISIONS:

Maggi Advisory, dealing with analysis, promotion and divestment of real estate, both public and private, through two technical diligences: benchmarking and marketing consulting.

Maggi Residential is specialized in brokerage and identification of investment projects for residential scope.

Maggi Tourism is involved with touristic integrated projects, from the planning to the management, from the investment to the marketing plan.

Maggi Corporate offers services related to purchase, sale, evaluation and promotion of commercial, industrial and executive estate.

Maggi Luxury is dedicated to the brokerage of prestigious properties; the luxury division deals with trophy asset selling, providing multilingual staff, utmost confidentiality, bureaucratic assistance in foreign transactions and its marketing backup for selected promotional action.

Maggi Hotellerie Our Team offers Full Service, from purchase- to sales operations of Hotels, from consultancy, planning and development of strategies, through SWOT Analysis and Evaluations. We act as advisors in development plans, as well as mergers and acquisitions of existing hotels.
