Happy new year to you all! Once again thank you to our entire membership for a truly wonderful year in 2016. Now that our eighth year is in the history

books, I can reflect on the many positive things that took place. As in every year since we have opened,

we once again had positive membership growth this past year! We had record attendance at our events;

overwhelming charitable donations at our Operation Christmas Child, Scotch & Cigar Night, and City Club Classic; and we had our most successful year in catering and member retention. The

World Trade Center, under new leadership, has made great accomplishments and have their goal set upon growth and

development in the new year. Hosting first-class speaker programs and events has helped reestablish WTC Atlanta as the leader in international business in our community. There were so many

achievements in 2016, yet we know we can do even better for our members in 2017 to make your experience positively memorable with every single visit. We are committed to elevating your club to be the very best in Atlanta. I will be attending an educational

session this month entitled “Making the Member experience Magical.” My plan is to use this as the guiding light for 2017 and

to share this experience with the entire team at City Club. We look forward to making this a memorable and magical year for you all!
