Run a monthly Query called BASICLIFE_AGE65. It will prompt for a date (1/1/1949).
Save the file to Excel.
Add comments to the excel file to show new employees turning 65 this year and the
month they will turn 65.
Compare previous month spreadsheet with current month to see if there are any
changes to salary.
Get the employees annual salary from the Workforce Job Summary screen and
multiply it by .6667. Round the results up to the nearest thousands. Go to the Job data
screen and add a row with a new Annual Benefits Base Rate amount.
Go to the Benefits Program participation screen and enter the Annual Base Benefits
Rate amount there also.
Go to the Basic Life Insurance screen and add a new row showing the new coverage
begin date and the new flat amount.

Run a monthly Query called BASICLIFE_AGE65. It will prompt for a date (1/1/1949).
Save the file to Excel.

date. (7/1/1988-7/31/1988).
Save the file to Excel.
Sort by company, then by name.
Delete duplicates within the Excel spreadsheet
Go to the “Life and AD/D Benefits” screen. Look up the plan type 25 for each of the
dependents. If the dependent exists insert a row with an effective date of the 1st of the
month following their 24th birthday that will waive coverage for them.
