• Currently Dismas Charities operates 31 Bureau of Prisons Re-entry programs
in 13 states.
• Dismas Charities operates 7 State facilities in Kentucky for the D.O.C.
• Dismas operates 3 licensed Substance Abuse Programs in the Commonwealth
• Dismas Charities operates a Federal Re-entry facility in Manchester KY.
• Dismas Charities has served over 110,000 federal and state residents since 2005
• Dismas Charities has served 24,454 residents in the Commonwealth

Accountability:
1. In 2005 Dismas Charities developed and implemented a proprietary Case
Management System “FreshStart”.
2. In 2009 Dismas Charities developed and Implemented a Biometric Resident
Accountability Module “R.A.M.”
3. R.A.M. identifies and records both residents and staff accountability via biometric
Fingerprinting
4. Since 2009 over 14,000,000 biometric/accountability scans have been recorded in
R.A.M.
5. Resident accountability module provides alerts to Dismas staff should a resident fail to
return timely
