DICyP has been providing professional engineering services

since 1993, and being conscious of the new international

energy paradigm, has focussed its services to meet new

buildings requriments:

The broad knowledge of the sector allows DICyP to have a global vision, and

an accurate and adequate criterion in order to render the following

DICyP provides a methodology for Energy Saving, PEEE (Energy Efficiency

Strategic Plan), which is based on Energy Audits results. Involves making a

work of collecting information, analysis, classification, alternatives proposals,

savings and decisions; the plan is based on PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), which

is divided into four interrelated stages and evolving the system itself as

feedback for continuous improvement.

DICyP carries out Maintenance Engineering Management and operation

facilities services in residential buildings as well as in the industrial

scope. DICyP’s team analyses and diagnoses the state of equipment

and facilities, proposing amendments on Preventing and Scheduled

Maintenance, in order to minimize energy and personnel costs as well as

environmental protection

DICyP is engaged in the preservation of the environment and the use

of renewable energies. We set out human and technical means to

optimize to the maximum the energy in the building, considering of

vital importance energy saving and its rational use.

DICyP´s Energy Efficiency proposal is based on a combination of

different actions that conceptually are, to summarize, as follows:

The Know-How gained in the design and set up of installations allows

us to reach an improvement in the energetic efficiency of the

Services

➭ ENERGY AUDITS: cover the study of the processes, inspect of the closure, analysis of

facilities, monitor of consumptions, supervision of features and a technical and

economical proposal of improvement of energy efficiency, following the UNE 216.501

Auditorías Energéticas standard

➭ INTEGRAL ENERGY CONTROL: ranging from monitoring and recording of energy

consumption over time for monitoring and analysis to develop energy management plans

comprising from the implementation and monitoring of energy saving measures to the

application of data mining techniques for mining recorded data and energy optimization.

Finally, the implementation of energy improvement investments, ensuring savings.

➭ EERR. Within the different services we offer in this scope, are to highlight the following:

• Design of Renewable Energies: Solar thermal energy, Photovoltaic solar energy,

biomass based systems, etc.

• Design of high efficiency generation systems, such as CHP (Combined Heat and

Power) and CCHP (Combined Cooling, Heat and Power) at different scales.

➭ ENERGY CERTIFICATION FOR BUILDINGS: using official programs LIDER,

CALENER

We have the necessary equipment and energy simulation software to obtain an

effective data collection, system modelling and verification of proposals

The aim is to grant our customer the external professional resources needed for the direct control of the

investment, on the same wavelength as the goals settled by the customer. .

With this service the customer controls his project, either in the design phase or during the construction.
