01 Locate DTV keys Collect keys from Downtime Coordinator Log on to Computer Username : .\dtv Password: Downtime! Log on to Application Username: dtviewer Password: dtv01 03 02 724 Access Patient Search Click Patient Search Search for patient by location or by URN Enter your Novell in username field Select Downtime in reason for viewing the patient’s chart field 04 01 For Every Patient print the following: Current Medication Orders Orders (Current) Completed Orders For Unwell Patient/s additional print options: Documents Intake & Output Discontinued Medications Patient Care Results Vital Signs 03 02 To Print Click Finish Ensure correct printer is selected Click Print 04 Selecting Patients Highlight Patient/s from list Click Print Chart Printing preference will appear Access Printing The unit downtime coordinator is responsible to ensure downtime medication reports are not reprinted during a downtime.     The unit downtime coordinator is responsible to ensure downtime medication reports are not reprinted during a downtime.
