2 first areas defined and launched for the next decade:

� Grand Arénas : the new international business district for the Métropole. It will be developed around two major infrastructures: the multimodal pole of Nice-Saint Augustin-Airport and the exhibition park of 65 000m².

� Nice Méridia : an urban technopolis specialised in the fields of green energy, smart grids, Silver Economy, Smart City…

Potential : 1 million sqm building capacity, 24,000 jobs and 9,000 residents

The Eco-Vallée and Sophia Antipolis are positioned a s complementary in a coherent marketing and overall vision for the entire Côte d’Azur.
