Strawberries Are Considered to Be One of the Healthiest Fruits:

1. The red coloring (anthocyanins) stimulates the"burning of fat.2. The anthocyanins also"boost short-term

memory"by 100% in eight weeks (The Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry).3."Low calorie, only 54 per cup;"high fiber, 3g per cup;"cholesterol, sodium, and fat free.4. Eases inflammation (remember that all disease starts with inflammation).5."Lowers cardiovascular disease"- protects your heart with the red color!6. Strawberries contain potassium, vitamin K, and magnesium which are important for"bone health.7. Can help"prevent cancer: filled with all the nutrients needed to fight cancer."8."Anti-aging"properties: strawberries have lots of biotin, which help build strong hair and nails. They also contain the antioxidant ellagic acid, which protects the elastic fibers in our skin to prevent sagging."9. The compound nitrate found in strawberries, which promotes blood flow and oxygen in our body, helps with"weight loss.10. Promotes"eye health: eating three or more servings of fruit like strawberries may lower the risk of macular degeneration."
