FTE calculation method

All numbers accumulated are based on the SPOC Teams own presentation attached to this document.

The numbers I worked with are the average of the numbers in the document of Ender.

The amount of time spent on one change is 20 mins. The amount of time spent on each e-mail is 5 mins. The amount is requests is calculated for a month. One FTE in Hungary = 130 working hours per month

E-mails in the SPOC FMB

An average of 500 emails per month needs to be answered.

Efforts in numbers

Based on the above calculation method the total amount of changes is 1100.

This means 284 hours of work per month. Additional 41 hours are spent to answer emails. In total this is 325 hours of work. The result is exactly 2,5 FTE per month which is required for the

above work.
