–Leveraged core team resources with local language skills throughout project lifecycle (Both client and

• What needs improvement

–Plan for additional time to gather requirements due to resource constraints at smaller regional offices

–Stakeholder involvement was not complete until later in the project

–Planning for connectivity issues in certain regional offices
