OUR PARISH GROUNDS are looking spectacular these days due to the amount of rain we have received and the loving care of our Gardening Angels. We thank Almighty God for the rain and the Angels for their loving care! PLANS ARE COMING TOGETHER FOR OUR ANNUAL PARISH FESTIVAL in August. Please watch the coming Parish Bulletins for any help needed, things needed or other needs”. We hope to have another successful year! THE PARISH EXTENDS ITS SYMPATHY to the family of VIVIAN SILOVICH LEE, who’s Memorial Mass will be on Monday at 11:00 A.M. here at Holy Rosary. Visitation for friends and family will be one hour prior to Mass on Monday Morning. We also extend our sympathy to Ed Lillis on the death of his sister GERALDINE M. LILLIS whose funeral will be next week in Perham (please visit schoenebergerfuneralhome.com for time and date of funeral). May they rest in the peace of Christ! AS WE APPROACH THE END OF JUNE the parish will begin to close the financial books for fiscal year 2017-2018. As I look at our stewardship of Sunday offering I note that we are a little bit behind the budgeted figure for the year. If you have fallen behind in your Sunday offering and would like to “shore” up your stewardship of treasure it will be so appreciated. As always thanks for your generosity to Holy Rosary Parish!

“…Behold, one is coming after me; I am not worthy to unfasten the sandals

of his feet.” – ACTS 13:25

Stewardship is a lifestyle, it’s not a program or a process. It’s how we are called to live our lives twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week!

It challenges us to live “God-centered” lives,

not “self-centered” lives. Reflect on your daily activities, do you do them for the glory of

God or for the glory of your own name?

Healing Blanket Ministry The Healing Blanket ministry has recently been brought to Holy Rosary Catholic Church by the Holy Rosary Mom’s Group. This blanket provides much comfort and prayerful support during a persons journey through illness loneliness, treatments, etc. The intention behind the blankets is that the recipients (whatever the age, illness or injury may be) receive healing in mind, body and spirit and know that they are not alone. Anyone who requests a blanket receives one and at no charge. Each blanket is accompanied by a booklet entitled “Covered in Prayer”, which includes prayers for all occasions. Holy Rosary Mom’s Group has created several healing blankets for those in need of comfort and prayer. To obtain a blanket please contact the Parish Office at 847-1393.
