IMCAS is proud to present yet another new and exciting edition that brings together prominent dermatologists, Plastic surgeons and aesthetic practitioners from all over the world.

At every one of our congresses, we have the honor of witnessing the greatest minds in dermatology, plastic surgery and aesthetic science gather to showcase their passion in the field. We have the privilege to observe in proximity the synergy the attendees create, and how it all culminates to another progressive step forward.

IMCAS Asia brings to stage the leading experts of Asia who in turn provide a special insight specific to this congress. The scientific sessions feature an overarching look at Asian morphologies so that attendees may adapt the prevention, intervention and post-treatment procedures based on the ethnic morphology of the patient.

The scientific program is fully charged with the newest and most innovative content built around 14 key themes which include clinical dermatology, injectables, lasers & EBD, regenerative medicine, genital treatments, hair restoration, cosmeceuticals as well as face, breast and body surgery, subjects to underpin your development in the field.

The sessions of the program are presented in different learning formats to ensure that attendees retain the maximum amount of information. The ever-popular Anatomy on Cadaver workshop is an example of an IMCAS-original format, combining live broadcasts of cadaver dissections and live patient demonstrations so that you master safe procedures and avoid danger zones.

Other dynamic teaching methods include IMCAS Alert sessions which introduce complication cases related to injectables, lasers & EBD, threads or surgery selected from real posts on the Alert section of IMCAS Academy. This format allows attendees to receive real advice on real clinical situations from experts in the field. The Video Courses also present a unique learning format that gives you the in-depth training on specific procedures through 2-hour lessons featuring consecutive videos that focus on practical techniques.

Delegates can also attend live patient demonstrations on lasers & EBDS, threads, and injectables. Each demonstration led by aesthetic companies gives you the chance to explore the products and inquire detailed information. To learn more about the innovations and developments from the participating companies from around the world, take a stroll through the exhibition hall, or attend the sponsored activities happening throughout the day.

Anatomy is like a map. You have to understand all elements illustrated in a map, like the “no-go”

zones because you don’t want to get lost, and you most certainly don’t want to turn the wrong path

that could lead to complications. The purpose of the Cadaver Workshop is to

provide a detailed roadmap for injectables and threads in the face, nose, neck and genital area so

accidents, losses or damagesNeither IMCAS nor the Westin Resort accept liability for damages

and/or losses of any kind that may be incurred by congress participants or by any accompanying person during both the

official conference and social programs.

You are responsible for your own property. Please do not leave any property unattended in the venue.

Attendees participate in all events at their own risk. Attendees are advised to have insurance against loss, accidents or damages that

could take place during the congress. Verbal agreements will not be binding unless confirmed in writing.

badge and access policyAccess to the conference is subject to a number of strict

regulations to ensure the scientific independence from any commercial influence. Following the IMCAS badge policy is

mandatory for all participants. If violated, IMCAS is authorized to take measures which may lead to the withdrawal of the badge

and the prohibition of access to the congress area. According to each participant’s status (delegate, faculty, exhibitor, etc), a

corresponding barcoded badge with a specific access is issued.

badge categoriesIMCAS welcomes all professionals active in the world of

aesthetics, including doctors and related occupations. Access to the conference rooms is dependent upon whether one holds a

physician, non-physician or corporate professional badge. Access to the exhibition hall is available for all badge types.

A full access delegate registration includes:

- all conference sessions during the three days (excluding the optional Video Courses)

- access to the exhibition hall- complimentary lunch and beverages

conflict of interestIMCAS insists on complete independence between instructional

(or scientific) courses and the industry support. The integrity of our congresses requires disclosure of any potentially distorting

influences; having a strict COI policy helps us keep it intact.

The COI policy applies to anyone who is a speaker during the congress or who contributes to the development of the scientific program; this includes all members of the scientific board and all

faculty members.
