Ducting leaking Paste with high performance tape;

Lack of refrigerant Toping up the R-22;

Fan blower motor breakdown Replace with the new one;

Compressor used has limited the time. Adjust the timer after changed with the

new compressor;

• De-energize, tag, lockout, and grounded selected line and load circuit. Test circuits before beginning works.

• Follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safe work procedure.

• Follow Suruhanjaya Tenaga Act.

• Wear protective cloth & helmet while energize or de-energize main supply.

• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as mask, safety helmet, safety boot, hand gloves, goggles, safety hardness, ear muff/plug, protection cloth and other equipment
