WISTLER, ab. native, stout, age 30, 5ft. 5 or 6in. high, round visage; forcibly taking away ab._native Wooby's woman and ill-using her and destroying her clothe's, at WinnarUng, on 22nd November^ Dated Brookton, 12th December, 1879. This offender is generally about George Walton's sheep station, Williams River.
SUTTON DELMORE, stout, age 36, 6ft. 8in. high, dark brown hair, blue eyes, oval visage, fresh com-plexion; being a lunatic and not fit to be at large. Dated Newcastie, 27th December, 1879.

Misce l laneous . On the night of the 31st ult., a boat belonging to
the Brig " May Flower" was capsized between the Vasse Jetty and Lockville, and a sailor named Edwin Devenport was drowned. Body has not been recovered. Devenport shipped on board the " Maj Flower" at Newcastle, New South Wales.

Between 12 and 1 o'clock night of 3rd inst., a man described as tall and dressed in very dirty old clothes, attempted to break into Henry Brown's store, Henry Street, Fremantle. No further description of the man can be given.

MISSING F R I E N D S .
Information is requested respecting the whereabouts of DANIEL FRANCIS EYAN, who was last heard of at Kitchola Station, north of the Buna, in October last. Description—age about 27 years, height 5ft. 7in., fair complexion and hair, sandy moustache, light blue eyes, broad flat nose, large sear on right wrist.
Information is requested respecting the whereabouts of JOHN SHEEHAN (or SHEEN), last heard of at Fremantle, Western Australia, in September last, where he was employed as a laborer by Mr. Eobb, contractor. Description—age 30 years, height about 6ft., medium complexion, dark hair and moustache, blue eyes, scar inside of left wrist, and vaccine mark on left arm.

Stealing in Dwellings, from the Person, &c.
On the 7th inst., from George True's team, while at Mahogany Creek, York road,—pair of white mole trowsers nearly new, one striped cotton shirt, small white calico ration bag, 2\\t. mutton, 4U). bread, some tea and sugar, and 4 sticks of tobacco, a bill of sale of a horse for £7 was in the trowsers pocket, the property of George True. William Thompson, colonial convict, Eeg. No. 10141, suspected.—C.I. 8.
On the 9th inst., from the residence of F. Richards, Ellen Street, Perth,—4 empty deal packing cases, one about 7ft. x 4ft., the rest 4ft. x 3ft., the property of F. Eichards ; a cart track was seen leading out of the grant into Ellen Street, and towards the Catholic Cathedral.—C.L 9.
On the 5th inst., from the person of William Hood, while drunk at the Eose Hotel, Bunbury,—^£1 14s. in silver. George Morgan, ex^i., late 8644, suspected. —C.L 10.

Some time between the 12th December and 10th January, from a hut at Grove Farm, Guildford Eoad,—black cloth coat, black cloth vest, with sleeves, pair dark tweed trowsers, jiair braces, one black hat, and two colored handkerchiefs, the property of Samuel Dickenson.—C.I. 16.
Inquest. On the 30th ult., at Farm Hill, Vasse District,
before W. P. Clifton, E.M. and Coroner, on the body of Eddie, ab. nat. boy, who was found dead in the bush, on 26th ult. Verdict—" Death by a gun shot wound, but whether inflicted by himself or another person the evidence is insufficient to prove."

The horse stolen from William Stoke's run, Green-ough, and reported as running at Green Brook, Upper Irwin, has not been found, and is now reported to have been sold to some person residing near Perth.
Lost between Kojonup and Bunbury, on 17th ult., —grey mare pony, about 1S\ hands high, branded something like b H L under saddle, and something like t>W near shoulder; had on saddle, bridle, and saddle bags, one rug, and some books, the property of H. Lipschitz.
Sold at Northam, on the 3rd inst., by order of the Resident Magistrate,—black gelding, about 13 hands 2iu. high, saddle marked, branded under saddle, near side, something like Z blotched.

On the 13th December, George Durrant, ordinary seaman on board the barque " Bonnie Lassie," was drowned at Sharks' Bay. This man was a native of London, age 21, and arrived in this colony on board the above vessel from London, on the l l t h August, 1879.
