S H O W S T O P P E R ' S M E S S A G EWe in STS World School believe in empowering every
student and every faculty member to achieve more .
Microsoft tools , especially Teams have improved
student outcomes and helped the teachers in saving
time . In today ’s time teachers have to wear multiple
caps , going to extraordinary lengths to reach each and
every student ,from creating inclusive curriculum in
core subjects to enabling every student to have a
voice . The immersive reader tool for inclusion and flip
grid for student voice has been very impact-ful . The
Microsoft learning tools set is built in Office 365 and
Microsoft Edge applications . Last month STS World
School students used tools like OneNote , Teams and
forms for assessments . The Flipgrid response videos
posted by students were overwhelming . Training
sessions were conducted in house to train the staff in
Wakelet , Kahoot , Minecraft ,Hour of code and IOT . Main
motive of these trainings was to improve the learning
outcomes

Vinayak Dahiya, Vikas BharatiPublic SchoolWith the introduction of AI people are
seeing more diverse changes in their
lives. “The development of fullartificial intelligence could spell theend of human race” - Stephen
Hawking. Now these two different
quotes by two different people talk
about the same thing but are
completely ironical. Though,
mechanization has helped the society
in various fields be it agriculture,
military or establishing peace with
another country, no doubt. With the
increasing population it has helped us
mend our ways towards a society of
smart workers than hard workers. But
we don’t realize that nothing comes
with everything positive.
You might have observed that a now
a retail robot has also been
introduced, it will help the customers
in stores or restaurants in buying the
better commodities according to the
thinking of a customer but its hard to
ignore the fact that many people
working as salesmen will lose their
jobs and in no time many people will
walk around unemployed. Usually,
countries trade the robotics in order
to create peace i.e. as a sign of
friendship but if something goes
wrong the same robotics are used to
destroy each other. In a nut shell,
technology is equally a war weapon
and a tool for peace. It is not a
complete harm or threat but it isn’t a
complete asset either.
Vaibhav Kumar, Class VIII, TitikshaPublic SchoolNowadays technology is used
everywhere from small pen’s design to
missile structure from factories to field
agriculture but so much use of
technology makes it own good and bad
consequences it may lead to crime, war
but good use may also spread peace
and harmony in world with good
messages. Technology have long been
used as tools for violence, from clubs
and swords to cluster bombs and
precision-guided missiles.
In a less obvious way, technologies are
vital to creating or maintaining peace
in a society. For example, ample
provision of food and shelter involves
many technologies for agriculture,
construction, and transport.
Technologies can also be used to
support nonviolent action, as in the
case of communication systems
designed to thwart aggression or
surveillance. Technology can be used as
war weapon like armies of different
nations, cyber crime and cyber bullying
but the technology can also be a tool
for peace like by using Technology for
arms control, economic conservation
[means making tools for country
progress and through this we can make
our people happy like manufacturing of
new and efficient cars], for using
technology for spreading awareness
and giving information about which
rumors have spread or about people are
not aware about.
Basically in my thoughts technology is a
master key from which we can open all
doors bad also and good also but whole
thing depends on who is using it.
