School Cafeteria. For those who can’t attend the June

10th presentation, there will be a repeat presentation

on Sunday, June 14th after 10:30 Mass too! Hope to

TOTUS TUUS (Latin for TOTALLY YOURS) Is Back this Year

TOTUS TUUS is a Summer Catechetical Program for Children and Youth. It will be held at Sacred Heart Parish in Lawrenceburg

July 19th – 24th.

TOTUS TUUS is a diocesan program that gathers together college students and seminarians onto teams of four each and sends

them out to parishes to spread the GOOD NEWS of our LORD among children and youth. For grade school children the pro-

gram consists in catechetical instruction, songs, games, daily Mass, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, lunch, recess and more.

The high school program has catechetical instruction, a night of Adoration and Reconciliation, and a night of fellowship with the

team. The goal of both programs is to help them to know the LORD and love him more deeply. Because of the youthfulness and

energy of the teachers the children and youth have FUN as well!

The grade school children are asked to bring any recess equipment they may want to use for recess. Everyone is invited to a parish

“potluck” on Wednesday, July 22nd at 6:00 p.m. to meet the team, learn about the content of the program, ask questions, and hear

the children sing some songs.

The schedule will be as listed:

Grade School (Grades 1-6): Mon-Fri. 9:00a.m.-2:30p.m.

Middle and High School (Grades 7-12): Sun-Thurs 7:00p.m.-9:00p.m.

Registration Forms are available on the back table.

Please complete form and place in folder or return to parish office.

We are in need of two families to host the missionaries during their week stay here. We will need a host fami-

ly for the male team and one for the female team. We are also in need of a family that could let the mission-

aries borrow a car for that week and any families that would be interested in providing dinner for the mission-

ary team during their week stay.

Sacred Heart School is seeking a dedicated, creative person for a position for the 2015-2016 school year.

The candidate must hold a Tennessee teaching li-cense with certification in Elementary Education. They should be able to use creative and challenging teaching techniques, uphold strong discipline practic-es in the classroom, incorporate faith elements throughout their curriculum and integrate technolo-gy into lesson plans. A working knowledge of Ten-nessee state standards and the ability to develop a curriculum that exceeds these standards is also im-portant.
