Liturgical Ministry Schedule for September 12th & 13th, 2015
We are in need of items for the Auction. These can include timeshares, tickets to sporting or other
events, merchandise...anything salable. You may drop these items off at the School Office.
Labor Day Festival T-shirts and armbands for the Labor Day Festival games will be available for you to
purchase from now until the Festival. They will be selling after each Mass. T-shirts $12/piece, Arm-
bands $20/piece.
5-K applications will be at the back of Church for anyone who is interested.
Homemade can goods/fresh produce/and other items for the Country Store are needed.
Any yard sale items may be put in the trailer behind the School Gym.
We are in need of donations for some more “Long Tables” to replace some of the damaged
ones. Each table costs about $90.00.
Baked goods/tomatoes/fresh flowers/and desserts will be needed the day of the festival.
Horse Shoe Tournament will begin at 11 am this year. There is a sign-up sheet in the back of the
Church for anyone who is interested.

The National Catholic Youth Conference this year will be held at Indianapolis on November 19-21 for any youth that are interested. Saint Philip Church is inviting our Parishioners to a “Called and Gifted Workshop” presented by Deacon Mark Cesnik and Katherine Coolidge from the Cath-erine of Siena Institute. The Workshop is designed to help lay Catholics discern the unique work of love to which God is calling them to do and learn how God has empowered them to carry it out. The Workshop starts on Friday evening, Sept. 18th and continues during the day on Saturday, Sept. 19th. The cost is
