Booth placement for LBM Expo ’16 will be awarded in two phases by using the Points Placement System.
During the fi rst phase, all booth locations are determined by the number of points an Exhibitor has accumulat-
ed. In order to take advantage of the early booth assignments, applications with contracts and deposit checks
are due and must be received at the NRLA Headquarters by Friday, June 19, 2015.
Contracts without the deposit will be held until the deposit is received (even if that is during the second
phase.) Booth assignments begin with these contracts only and are placed in priority order by points. It is very
important to select numerous locations.
In the second phase, all applications with contracts and deposit checks received after Friday, June 19, 2015
are placed on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served basis. If, during the second phase, two applications requesting the same
booth space are received on the same date, the point system will be used to determine placement.

DISPLAY RULES & REGULATIONS
LINEAR BOOTH — Linear booths have only one side exposed to an aisle and are generally arranged in a series
along a straight line. They are also called “in-line booths.”
Dimensions – Linear booths are 10 ft. x 10 ft.
Use of Space – Regardless of the number of linear booths utilized, display materials should be arranged in
such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. The maximum height of 8 ft. is
allowed only in the rear half of the booth space, with a 4 ft. height restriction imposed on all materials in the
remaining space forward to the aisle.
Note: When three linear booths are used in combination as a single exhibit space, the 4 ft. height limitation is
applied only to that portion of exhibit space that is within 10 ft. of an adjoining booth.
CORNER BOOTH — A corner booth is a linear booth exposed to aisles on two sides. All other guidelines for
linear booths apply.
PERIMETER BOOTH (peninsula) — A perimeter booth is a linear booth with two corners open to the aisles.
Dimensions and Use of Space – Display materials should be arranged in such a manner so as not to obstruct
sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. The maximum height of 12 ft. is allowed only in the rear half of the booth
space, with a 4 ft. height restriction imposed on all materials in the remaining space forward to the aisle.
ISLAND BOOTH — An island booth is any booth exposed to aisles on all four sides.
Dimensions – An island booth is typically 20 ft. x 20 ft. or larger.
Use of Space – The entire cubic content of the space may be used up to the maximum allowable height, which
is 2 ft. lower than the ceiling’s highest point (see fl oor plan for ceiling height details) including signage. An island
booth exhibit must provide for open walk-through.
Schematic Approval – All island exhibits are subject to schematic approval by show management.
All Schematics must be submitted by Jan. 7, 2016 to [email protected].
HANGING SIGNS & GRAPHICS
Hanging signs and graphics are permitted in all standard Island Booths. LBM Expo will allow signage
