Phase 2 Block Test: Post-test Reliability Assessment

Approach: Measure RT 4-pt and compare to

bare substrate of identical lot.

● The ratio of Tested Substrate: As-rec’d Bare

Substrate is ~1.3-1.5, typical of ratio for as-

processed substrates

● This indicates little or no loss in strength over the

nominal 3000 hours of operation.

● Cell and stack developments supported by SECA are moving into 220 kW-scale system integration testing
