BADMINTON

Camp includes the development of Badminton fundamentals and skills from an introductory to advanced
level. Badminton is a fun and exciting sport for looking for a sport or already involved in another sport
who are looking to mix things up. Racquets will be available for use. Please bring a water bottle and
proper athletic apparel.

Coach Nowicki and his staff will provide instruction in the fundamentals of baseball. The camp will
provide instruction in hitting, pitching, base running and defense. In addition to instruction, there will also
be discussions of the program’s philosophy in these areas. Register before June 1st to guarantee a t-shirt.

This year, there will be a high school camp for sophomore, juniors, and seniors and a separate camp for our
incoming freshmen. Camp will take place Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays starting Monday, June 15th
thru Wednesday, July 15th with nothing the week prior to the 4th of July.
**The freshmen baseball camp and freshmen football camp overlap. This is by design, as athletes will
spend an hour on the baseball field and then an hour in the weight room. While freshmen football will start
in the weight room for an hour and end on the football field.

Monmouth College is the location for the Summer Session culminating event for Knights Varsity Football.
Varsity players and coaches will work together in a series of practices, team building sessions and physical
challenges to finalize the Summer Session. This experience is deeply rewarding and highly beneficial to
