Main Airport: LAX In 2010, LAX was the sixth busiest airport in the world, with 58,915,100 passengers. In 2009, LAX was the fifth busiest airport in the world by traffic movement, with over 600,000 total aircraft takeoffs and landings serving over 60 million passengers and more than two million tons of freight in 2006.

Best Season Los Angeles has a Subtropical-Mediterranean climate and has plenty of sunshine through out the year. On an average LA gets only 35 days of rain in a year. The average annual temperature in downtown is 66 °F (19 °C). In the coldest month, January, the temperature typically ranges from 73 °F (23°C) to 45 °F (7 °C). In the warmest month – August – the temperature typically ranges from 90 °F ( 32 °C) to 64 °F (18 °C).

Effectively it’s a good season all around the year.

Attractions Getty Centre

The J. Paul Getty Museum, a program of the J. Paul Getty Trust, is an art museum in California. It has two locations, the Getty Centre in Los Angeles, and the Getty Villa in Pacific Palisades. The museum at the Getty Centre contains "Western art from the Middle Ages to the present;" its estimated 1.3 million visitors annually makes it one of the most visited museums in the United States.

Venice Beach

Venice (often referred to as Venice Beach) is a beachfront district on the Westside of Los Angeles. It is known for its canals, beaches and circus-like Ocean Front Walk, a two-and-a-half mile pedestrian-only promenade that features performers, fortune-tellers, artists, and vendors.

Hollywood

Hollywood is a district in Los Angeles situated west-northwest of downtown Los Angeles. Due to its fame and cultural identity as the historical centre of movie studios and movie stars, the word Hollywood is often used as a metonym of American cinema. Today, much of the movie industry has dispersed into surrounding areas, still HOLLYWOOD holds its identity intact!!

Universal Studio "The Entertainment Capital of LA"

Universal Studios Hollywood is a movie studio and theme park. It is one of the oldest and most famous Hollywood movie studios still in use. It is the first of many full-fledged Universal Studios Theme Parks located across the world.

Beverly Hills is an affluent city located in Los Angeles County . it is home to numerous Hollywood celebrities.

Disneyland

Disneyland Park is located in Anaheim, California. Disneyland has a larger cumulative attendance than any other theme park in the world, with close to 600 million guests since it opened.

Perhaps it is with reason that for kids and adults alike, Disneyland is known as the happiest place on earth where dreams do come true.

Los Angeles's full name is "El Pueblo de Nuestra Senora la Reina de los Angeles de Porciuncula.“

The city of Los Angeles is ranked the fourth largest economy in the United States compared to other states

Los Angeles is often billed as the "Creative Capital of the World", due to the fact that one in every six of its residents works in a creative industry.

The Los Angeles area has more people of Mexican ancestry than any other urban area in the world, outside of Mexico.
