Overview of Marketing

1) Identification, selection and development of a product,2) determination of it’s price,3) selection of a distribution channel to reach the customer’s place, and4) development and implementation of a promotional strategy

Marketing the management process through which products and services move from concept to the customer. It includes thecoordination of four elements called the 4 P’s of marketing:

Marketing is based on thinking about the business in terms of customer needs and their satisfaction.

The difference is the purpose of profit marketing is for you to buy a product or service

The purpose of non-profit marketing is usually to encourage people to give of his time, money or volunteer service.

A: According to the National Center for Charitable Statistics (NCCS), more than 1.5 million nonprofit organizations are registered in the U.S.
