    Multi-line and progressive

    systems constantly operate

    as long as lubricant is fed

    by the pump.

    For systems that have more

    than 1 lubrication point within a

    relatively short distance, a puremulti-line system is not always

    economical. Additionally, pure

    multi-line systems are not easily

    monitored. As a result, progres-

    sive systems or combined pro-gressive/multi-line systems often

    provide the best solution.

    The high-precision SSV progres-

    sive metering device dividesthe lubricant input into desired

    quantities.

    HP, HPG, Pumps

    These economically priced hand-operated single-

    stroke pumps deliver an accurately metered amount

    of lubricant, either grease or oil, depending on the

    version. The grease versions, HP and HPG, areequipped with a spring-loaded follower plate and

    a control rod for lubricant control. The oil version

    comes with a clear plastic reservoir for visual level

    control. When used in conjunction with SSV deviderblocks they can supply grease to 1 to 64 lubrication

    points.

    HP500W HP500W-SSV

    HP500 andHP500-SSV Pumps

    The manual pumps HP500W andHP500W-SSV offer a speciallow-cost possibility of equipping

    a machine with a manual centrallubrication pump.

    The pumps are used where noautomatic or continuous lubricantsupply is required, but where

    a simple lubrication process by acentral lubrication pump isdesired.

    The filling of the grease reservoircan be performed by meansof a standard 400 g cartridge,

    or directly from a grease barrelor with a filling pump.

    PP, PPO, PPG, PPGO Pumps

    The pump model series PP is forprogressive systems. The pumpis a pneumatically operated

    single-stroke pump requiring a3/2 way air-valve for activatingthe air cylinder. The pump PPand PPG can be used for grease

    PPG15-K

    supply. It is equipped with aspring-loaded follower plate anda control rod for lubricant control.

    The oil version comes with a clearplastic reservoir to enable visuallevel control.

    QLS 301

    QLS Pumps 301 and 311

    The QLS301, 311 or 321 is a complete monitoredlubrication system with low-level control for a maxi-mum of 18 lubrication points The 321 is specifically

    for trailers and semi-trailers. The QLS familyincludes pumps available with or without mountedSSV valves and are made for the standard high-pressure plastic tubing 6 x 1.5. The 1 liter reservoirpumps are available in 12 or 24 VDC and 120 and230 VAC (not available on the 321 pumps).     Pump QLS 401

    The QLS 401 is a complete monitored lubricationsystem with or without low-level control for up to18 lubrication points. It is similar to the QLS 301,

    but incorporates a reservoir stirring paddle. The QLSfamily includes pumps available with or without amounted SSV metering devices (valves) and aremade for the standard high pressure plastic tubing.The 1 or 2 liter reservoir pumps are available in 12or 24 VDC and 120 and 230 VAC. Refer to the pumpselection guides for a complete listing of availablepump configurations.

    The pumps are available with integrated PCB for thecontrol of pause and run times, or as an option withoutPCB.

    Pump QLS 421

    The QLS 421 is a complete lubrication system for upto 18 lubrication points. The QLS 421 is especiallydesigned for the lubrication of truck trailers. The pump

    is only available with a mounted SSV metering device(valve). The pumps are made for standard highpressure plastic tubing. The 1 liter reservoir pumpsare available in 12 or 24 VDC. Refer to the pumpselection guides for a complete listing of availablepump configurations.

    The 203 centralized lubrication pump is a powerfuland robust compact multi-line pump that can drive upto 3 elements and is used in progressive (Quicklub or

    Modular Lube) automated lubrication systems. Theyare perfect for mobile applications, small andmedium sized machinery and general industriesVersatile, compact and economical, these pumpscan be enhanced with low level control and printedcircuit board that allow for controlling the lubricationcycles.

    The family of 203 pumps includes 12 and 24 VDCand VAC pumps that automatically adjust to supplyvoltages from 94 265 VAC.     205 Pumps

    The 205 centralized lubrication pump is a high pres-

    sure multi-line pump that can drive up to 5 elements

    and is used in progressive automated lubrication

    systems. It is capable of handling direct supplyof lubrication points or as a central lubrication pump

    in larger progressive systems.

    The design of the drive and eccentric shaft, the high

    efficiency worm gear, a minimal number of parts,and the multi-range motor, provide the 205 pump

    with several advantages. The 205 pumps are avail-

    able with a three-phased flange mount and multi-

    range motor for 380-420 volts at 50 Hz or 440-480

    volts at 60 Hz, or with a free shaft end for use withother motors. Various gear ratios and reservoir

    sizes, with or without level control are available.

    The reservoir, available in 4, 5 or 8 liter sizes, is

    suitable for both grease and oil.

    215 Pumps

    The hydraulic lubrication pumpHTL 201 was specially developedto minimize friction and wear on

    small-series hydraulic hammersfrom 300 kg onward. This pumpis a miniature version of thesuccessful Lincoln HTL 101hydraulic pump series.

    The HTL 201 is suitable forall hydraulic attachments suchas hammers, grippers or pliers,

    as well as for mini excavators.

    The HTL 201 is very compact(length 183 mm x width 80mm xheight 80mm plus thedimensions of the cartridge) andcan therefore be mounteddirectly on the hammer or otherattachment even on thosesmall series attachments wherethere just doesnt seem to beany space.

    Multi-line andProgressive SystemsSSV Metering Devices

    SSV progressive metering de-vices are piston-type meteringdevices which reliably dispensethe lubricant volume fed to theinlet in predetermined singlequantities.

    By closing one outlet, the lubri-cant is fed to the next outletbelow. This combining of outletsprovides a large variety of me-

    tering possibilities. Additionallythe internal porting avoids cum-bersome external T-fittings. Aspecial feature of the progressivemetering device is that a pre-vious feed line must supply lubri-cant before the next one can be

    supplied. This makes the pro-gressive system easy to visuallyor electrically monitor. It is avail-able with 6 to 22 outlets and canbe used for greases up to NLGI2 or oils of at least 40 mm /s.

    Lincoln progressive metering de-vices in block design have nodefect-prone rubber seals. Theycan therefore be used with no

    problem at high differential pres-sure (up to 100 bar between twooutlets) and for a wide rangeof temperatures. The maximumoperating pressure is 350 bar.

    SSV-D with Metering Screws

    SSVD 12

    SSV-D metering devices are

    adjustable per outlet pair. The

    metering occurs within the

    metering block via meteringscrews that are available indifferent sizes. The output of the

    progressive metering device can

    be easily changed, even after

    installation.

    One or more outlet pairs of the

    metering device can be internally

    combined to achieve greater

    lubricant requirements. The pri-mary function of the SSV re-

    mains unchanged in the SSV-D.

    The dimensions of the SSV-D

    metering device have beenchanged from the standard SSV

    in order to allow for the same

    thread sizes. As a result, both

    metering device types use the

    same components such as piston

    detector and piston-side closureplugs.

    The SSV-D offers greater

    metering range flexibility. The

    SSV-D can be integrated into

    systems using standard SSVmetering devices.

    The adjustable SSV-D metering

    devices are available in the

    standard sizes from 6 to 22outlets using Lincolns

    single-block technology.

    Metering screws can be pre-assembled or supplied as a

    separate set.

    Metering screws per outlet pairare aviable in 10 sizes0.08 cm , 0.14 cm , 0.2 cm0.3 cm , 0.4 cm , 0.6 cm0.8 cm , 1.0 cm , 1.4 cm , and1.8 cm per outlet and stroke.

    SSVM Metering Devices

    SSVM metering devices offer similar benefits as theSSV, but are smaller in size and output. This makesthe SSVM ideal for compact applications little

    space and short distances.
