Workshop Description“This workshop covers the basics of new Web 2.0 technologies (blogs, facebook, Twitter, del.icio.us, etc.) and how they may effectively be used by organizations. After a brief overview of the technologies, we will discuss ethical dilemmas with these technologies and their use. The workshop will end with the case study of the HIV/AIDS Resource Center's process of developing internal policies for use by staff, Board members, and volunteers and their interactions with clients.”
