On 17 August all the supervisors (minus one absentee) got together at head office for a

pow-wow with Claudine, Nomkhosi and Liesle. The focus was on empowering your

supervisors to be the best leaders they can be for you. There was a minimum of

head-butting and a lot of laughs and the outcome of the meeting was a positive one.

Claudine represented Mpumalanga

at the Inter-Provincial Hockey

Tournament in held in Randburg

in August! Well played!!

th When? 24 September

Where? At the Hockey Farm

Time: 10:00 – 16:00

Who? You and your partner and your kidz.

What? A day of games and fun and laughter and bonding!

Why? Do we need a reason to get together with our colleagues and have a blast?

Food and transport will be arranged - just bring your own drinks or buy them from the club.

More information to follow…SOON!

Please let your supervisor know if you will come so that we can prepare a budget.

Jaco Botha got his

CMII certification

this month!

Nicely done!!

This is what some of the supervisors had to say:

- Great meeting for bouncing ideas and directing traffic! -

- Loyalty and professionalism to our company is key!

Anything that makes anyone unhappy just needs to be

discussed with management if it involves management. –

- If we know what makes one unhappy, we can try to fix

it. If we know what makes one happy, we can try to keep

it that way. –

- Too little time for all the issues, but affective.

Must do it more often…. -

Just a quick note to answer a question that seems

to be on many lips – the increases that Ennead awarded were not

performance-based - contrary to what the increase letters said. We apologize for the error.
