2nd Annual National Poetry Awards -

An elegant award ceremony dedicated to

poets and spoken word artists in

recognition of their talents, creativity,

community awareness, and most

importantly their voice.

Thank you for taking the National Poetry Awards into consideration. This event will provide awards, honors, and

entertainment in the form of poetry, music and dance. You will be a part of a historical event.

On a national scale, we are poised to make history again. Our goal is to raise awareness while inspiring poets to share the

cultural background of this form of art and enlighten people to its significance. This art form has grown into a way of communicating the messages

about struggles that we all seem to face day to day. We will donate part of the proceeds from this event to different

art councils /schools throughout the United States. We will assist youths whose parents are incarcerated and need assistance with continuing their educations.
