INTRODUCTIONDear Reader,

It is our pleasure to introduce you to Omicon Entertainment, Inc.; a nightlife and entertainment company headquartered in New York, NY. The company was formed in March 2014 as a subsidiary of Omicon, Inc. and has produced events for a largely millennial audience.

The management team is led by New York City event planner Kazi Ali, who brings with him experience that includes the sale of over 60,000 event tickets, partnerships with top brands such as MTVu and Uber and a host of talent bookings with headliners that have a combined social media reach of over 23 million fans (Facebook Likes + Twitter Followers + Instagram Followers).

We welcome all opportunities for partnerships in creating engaging experiences for the estimated 20 million college students in the US; starting with the 600,000 students in New York City. Together we can provide lasting impressions that drive sales and increase awareness; a true win-win-win.

In March of 2013, Omicon Entertainment executive Kazi Ali reached out to A$AP Ferg to produce a show at the Electric Warehouse in Brooklyn, NY. After brief deliberation, the A$AP Ferg Team decided to entrust Kazi with the production and promotion of A$AP’s official album release party. A partnership with MTVu quickly ensued and 2,000 fans an incredible experience with special guests A$AP Ferg and Ryan Leslie.
