Curtains shall be constructed of interlocking slats model RC97 FR2/3,curved faced 1-1.2mm. thick, ASTM A 366 cold rolled steel with galvanizing standard ASTM A 653 steel zinc coating insulated fire rated shutter 2 Hours model RIFA77, curtain shall be equipped with a bottom bar consisting of two structural steel angles (75 mm. x 75 mm. x 8 mm.) of equal weight, one on each side, securely fastened to the bottom of curtain for reinforcement and to provide contact against the ridge when closed .

Rolling Fire Doors manufactured by Rollc are classified for a 2-3 hour rating. They carrythe Label of Underwriter's Inc for passing UL test procedure 10B

Steel pipe barrel of size capable of carrying curtain load with maximum deflection of 0.01'' per ft. of door width .

Manufactured from heavy duty steel section fully welded.

Road Blocker has variable length from 2m up to 6m and variable height from 50 – 90 height.

Emergency battery volt will be 24v in the control box.

Blocker can upward and downward by manual pump when electricity cut.

The block barrier is produced to carry 20 tons of axle loads in closed condition.

Lifting time of road blocker is 2 to 3 seconds in standard operation.

Specification:

Blast Resistant Door offers excellent protection from theextremely high pressure blastwaves produced by a large conven-tional or nuclear device detonated in close proximity

Blast Doors are rated to withstand high pressure waves up to 7,200 pounds per square foot - 50 pounds per square inch (PSI). Additionally, this door also offer an air tight compression seal between the door and the frame allowing for the use of a positive pressure inside the shelter. The inside cam latches suck the door into the gasket on the door jamb as they are rotated. In order to make any blast door air tight, it is must have a step-over thresholdfor amating surface at the bottom of the door .

The door is constructed with an envelope of 3/16 inch steel plate. This construction method keeps the door relatively light for installation - and once it is filled with cured concrete, it has a lot of dense mass between you and whatever fallout is outside your shelter. It also helps to prevent anyonefrom using a cutting torch to gain access through the door because concrete doesn't “burn

The massive hinges have 1.375 inch shafts captured by bronze bushings that are packed with grease and they feature grease zerks so that you can keep them lubricated for smooth, effortless opening ofthe finished weight of 2,100 pounds. The hinges alone weigh 30 pounds

The heavy steel frame is constructed from 5 inch by 3 inch by¼ - inch thick steel (called angle iron ) with the 3 inch leg serv- ing as the centering guide for hanging the door. The 5 inch leg is pre drilled for the concrete anchoring studs, and serves as adrilling template for locating the drill holes .

The formed and welded heavy 3/16- inch thick steel skin which forms the pocket in which to pour the reinforcement concrete after hanging the door .

The two vault style 1.1/2- inch diameter steel hinges are captured in externally grease able bronze knuckle bearing. The robust assembly allows for both high strength and precision closure to insure the proper alignment andcompression of the gas seal .

The two inside cam latches draw and lock the door tight to the gas seal The upper and lower latch handles are provided with a built un friction safety clutch to insure that the latch handles do not unintentionally creep from the open condition to the closed or latched condition. Such a mishap would render the door unable to be opened from the outside and in order to gain access removal of the entire doorframe assembly would be required .

The outside looking assembly requires a user supplied paddle lock For your safety the paddle lock and bolt assembly are lockable in both the unlocked and locked condition and are completely removable from the temper proof enclosure when the shelter is occupied .

Large two handed grip heavy duty handles constructed from steel tube and plate are located on both the insideand outside of the door .

The wide angle security viewer is located at center of the door cavity, its heavy internal steel enclosure adds structural support to the steel door envelop .

Bullet Resistant Doors are Available with or without vision windows, all doors and frames are fabrcated from prime qualitycold rolled steel and include a baked on rust inhibitive oxide primer

Vision windows are glazed with bullet resistant glass.Standard components include: continuous aluminum geared hinge, surface mounted door closerkeyed cylinder lock, standard lever handles.

Bullet Resistant Fiberglass Panels are flat sheets of a polyester laminate reinforced with a fiberglass scrimto create a material with superior durability.

The densely packed structure of the panel exhibits an excellent capability to absorb multiple impacts fromhigh velocity projectiles, limiting ricochet or shattering.

Typical applications include lining of bank teller counters, ticket booths, judge's benches, doors and walls of secure enclosures, and other structures where concealed panels will add to the safety of servicepersonnel

All panels are: 96" (2438.4mm) x 48" (1219.2mm).

Ballistic testing was conducted by an independent laboratory using test criteria set by UnderwritersLaboratories.

Single Skin

Single Skin Roof Sheeting and Wall Sheeting is obviously the most economic wayof covering steel framed storage warehouses

Double Skin

Double skin insulated roof sheeting or wall sheeting or both will reduce condensa- tion and reduce temperature change in a storage warehouse. Insulation is essential if the storage space is to be heated or cooled. A double skin roof will reduce thechances of leaks. The fiberglass insulation compacts well for sea freight. If insulation of storage warehouses is required then the double skin system is possibly themost cost effective solution. U value can vary from 0.45 W/°C/m² to 0.20 W/°C/m²
